The evaluation version has all the features of the fully licensed version but is limited in several ways.
- The evaluation version can be used for 30 days after installation.
- A dialog always appears telling you that you are running the evaluation version and how long you have before it expires.
- Data collected is randomized. This means that values such as signal strength probably do not represent the real readings in your environment.
- All graphs contain a label stating that the software is for evaluation purposes only.
VisiWave Site Survey User Guide
The VisiWave Site Survey User Guide--which covers both the data collection application and reporting application--is installed along with the application. You can get to the guide through the Start menu under VisiWave Site Survey.
VisiWave Site Survey Installation
To install VisiWave Site Survey, download the installation program and then launch the installation program. The installation program will guide you through the installation process.
During the installation process, you are given the option of installing either the Data Collection application or the Report application or both. The Report application is always installed on your Windows laptop or desktop computer. If you are installing the Laptop version, the Data Collection application is also installed on your current computer.
VisiWave CheckAdapter Installation
To install VisiWave CheckAdapter, download the installation program. Then launch the installation program. The installation program will then guide you through the installation process.
